Buying Online

Yes. From browsing inventory to signing paperwork to having a mower delivered to your driveway, every step happens online. Our platform is built to handle the entire purchase securely, with your personal and financial information protected at every step, whether you're paying cash, financing, or arranging delivery.

If you want to come look at a mower in person first, that's also fine. Use the contact form and we'll set up a time.

Four steps:

  • Browse and quote. Find a mower you like, get an instant out-the-door price including taxes and fees for your state.
  • Buy now with a $250 deposit. Your price is locked and the mower comes off the market while you finalize details. The deposit is fully credited to your purchase.
  • Sign and pay. Digital paperwork (we use DocuSign-style e-signatures) and pay by ACH, financing, or wire.
  • Delivery or pickup. Choose delivery to your driveway (we'll quote the charge before you commit) or pickup at one of our lots.

The whole thing usually takes 3 to 7 days depending on financing and delivery scheduling.

Of course. We're happy to set up a time for you to come see the mower at the lot where it's kept. Use the contact form, mention the stock number, and we'll get back to you to schedule it.

If you'd prefer not to drive, we can also send additional photos or do a video walkaround. Just ask.

Reserve is a $250 deposit that takes the mower off the market for a few days while you finalize financing, paperwork, and delivery details. The deposit is fully credited toward your purchase. If you change your mind within 48 hours, the deposit is refundable in full.

Buy is when you sign the bill of sale and pay the balance. At that point, the mower is yours.

No. The price you see already includes everything we charge, our documentation fee included. It's built into the mower price, not tacked on at signing. From there, the only additions are government charges (sales tax and state title and registration fees) and delivery, if you choose it. No last-minute "prep" charges, no markup on the title work.

Your quote already itemizes every charge, and you'll have a chance to review every document before you sign anything.

Pricing & Fees

The out-the-door (OTD) price is everything you'd pay to own the mower outright:

  • The mower's sale price
  • Sales tax, calculated at the rate for the lot your mower ships from

That's it. Mowers aren't titled or registered vehicles, so there are no title fees, registration fees, temp tags, or inspection fees. The out-the-door price makes the mower yours. Add delivery and you have your "in-your-driveway" price, the all-in number to have it dropped at your home. We show delivery as its own line so you can always separate the cost of the mower from the cost of the trip.

Our prices are competitive out of the gate. We don't pad them so you can haggle them back down. We do run sale pricing from time to time, so it pays to check back often. When a mower's price drops, you'll see it right on the listing.

Saved quotes are good through the end of the calendar month you save them in. If a mower goes on sale while your quote is active, your quote picks up the lower price automatically.

Once a quote expires you can start a fresh one anytime. To lock your price and take the mower off the market, buy it with a $250 deposit.

We aren't taking trades directly at this time. If you have a mower you'd like to move, fill out the contact form with the details and we'll point you toward the best avenue for it.

Delivery

Both West Virginia and Ohio. Our servicing lots are located in West Virginia and reach easily into Ohio, so Ohio buyers are absolutely welcome. Delivery distance is measured by road from the nearest lot, and each lot has a maximum range, so a handful of far-flung addresses may fall outside it. Enter your address on any mower's detail page and it'll tell you instantly.

Delivery is calculated by distance from the nearest lot, and it's reasonable. Rather than guess at a range, we show you the actual charge on the mower's detail page: enter your delivery address and the price updates instantly, well before you commit to anything.

Once paperwork is signed and payment clears, delivery is usually scheduled within 3 to 7 business days. We'll coordinate a window with you. We don't just show up.

Pickup at one of our lots is faster, sometimes same-day and sometimes next-day after paperwork is complete.

Yes. Our driver meets you in person to position the mower where you want it and walk through it with you, so you can confirm it arrived in the condition you expected. If you truly can't be there, you can authorize someone else (spouse, neighbor, etc.) to receive it on your behalf, but someone does need to be present to take delivery. Just let us know in advance.

Tell us in advance. Our drivers handle steep grades, gravel, and tight spots all the time, but they need to know what to expect. If your driveway is genuinely impassable for a delivery rig, we'll work out an alternate drop spot nearby.

Pickup is always an option and saves you the delivery charge. Choose "pickup" in your quote and we'll coordinate a time at the lot where the mower is. Bring a truck or trailer that can haul it, your ID, and your signed paperwork. We'll have the mower ready and load it for you.

Paperwork & Ownership

No, and that's one of the perks. Mowers aren't titled or registered vehicles, so there's no DMV involved at any point. Your signed bill of sale is your proof of ownership, and we register your manufacturer warranty for you at delivery so your coverage starts on day one.

No. Mowers don't carry license plates and don't get registered with any state agency. Buy it, sign for it, mow with it. If you haul it between properties, it rides on your trailer like any other equipment.

Not much. Since there's no title or registration, all we need is a delivery address within range of one of our lots. Sales tax is charged at the rate for the lot your mower ships from either way, so your quote won't change based on where you live.

Sales tax is charged at the rate for the lot your mower ships from, the same as if you'd walked in and bought it there. Your quote shows the exact amount before you commit to anything.

Payment & Financing

Your $250 reservation deposit is paid by card. For the balance, you can use any of these:

  • Bank transfer (ACH) from a US bank account, verified securely (most common, no fee)
  • Financing through one of our lender partners (see below)
  • Wire transfer for larger balances (fast, though your bank may charge a fee)

We don't accept credit cards for the balance itself. The processing fees on a five-figure mower would be eye-watering for everyone.

We work with several lender partners that specialize in mower and RV financing. Most offer:

  • Terms from 24 to 84 months
  • Down payments as low as 10% (varies by credit)
  • Same-day or next-day decisions for most applicants

Apply through the financing link in your quote, or contact us first if you'd like to talk through options before applying. Pulling your credit through our partners is a soft pull until you actually accept terms.

There's no single cutoff. Our lender partners work with a wide range of credit backgrounds, and approval looks at more than any one number, things like income, down payment, and history. The best way to find out where you stand is to apply. It's quick, and checking through our partners is a soft pull until you accept terms.

Yes, you're welcome to. If you already have a loan lined up through your bank or credit union, get it in your name and pay us as if it were a cash purchase; a share draft or wire works fine. That said, it's worth letting us run your application through our lender network first. We can often match or beat an outside offer, and keeping the financing with us keeps the whole purchase in one place.

A $250 deposit holds the mower. The balance is paid at the time you sign the bill of sale, typically a day or two before delivery. We don't ship a mower until the funds have cleared on our end.

Safety & Trust

Fair question, and one you should always ask when sending money online. A few things that should reassure you:

  • iMowerSales is the online sales arm of an established dealership with servicing lots in West Virginia. You're welcome to visit a yard before you buy.
  • Every transaction includes a signed bill of sale and a factory warranty registered in your name with the manufacturer.
  • We accept ACH and wire payments through normal bank channels, never wire-transfer apps like Zelle, Venmo, or gift cards.
  • We don't pressure-sell. We won't call you out of the blue. We won't ask for sensitive info over the phone.

If anything ever feels off (a call you didn't expect, a payment instruction that looks wrong), stop and email info@imowersales.com. We'll verify.

Tell the delivery driver immediately and notify us the same day. We'd much rather solve a problem at delivery than have you discover it a week later. We document mower condition before it leaves the lot, so we have a baseline to compare against.

If something is wrong, we make it right. We've been in business too long to play games over a hinge or a wiring connector. Request an electronic damage claim form from us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so everything is documented, and we'll take it from there.

We use your contact info to communicate with you about your purchase, and your address/financial info to process and finance the mower. We don't sell, share, or rent your data to third parties for marketing. The only outside parties who see your info are the ones who have to: the manufacturer (for warranty registration), your lender (if you finance), and the carrier (for delivery scheduling).

After the Sale

New mowers come with the manufacturer's factory warranty. Terms vary by brand and are listed on each mower's detail page. Most cover the deck and drive system for 2 to 5 years, with the engine often warrantied separately by the engine manufacturer.

Used mowers are sold as-is unless explicitly noted otherwise. We're upfront about that. No hidden as-is clauses in the fine print.

Most mower service work (blade sharpening, belts, filters, oil changes) can be done at any local power equipment shop. If a warranty repair is needed, the manufacturer often authorizes any qualified shop; you don't have to come back to us.

For warranty questions or to find an authorized shop near you, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

Up to 48 hours after delivery, if there's a genuine issue (not buyer's remorse), we'll work with you on a return or exchange. Mowers are big-ticket purchases, so straight "change my mind" returns aren't typical, but if something's wrong, we want to know and we'll work it out.

The best way to avoid this situation: ask questions before you buy, request extra photos, or schedule a yard visit. We're not in a hurry.

There's no state insurance requirement for a mower. If you're financing, check your loan agreement for any coverage requirements. If you want the mower covered against damage or theft, many homeowner's and farm policies can add equipment coverage inexpensively; a quick call to your agent will tell you.

Your signed bill of sale is your proof of ownership, backed by the mower's serial number and your manufacturer warranty registration. If you ever misplace your paperwork, we keep records and can re-send what you need (bill of sale, serial number documentation, etc.).
